The Global Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is an unprecedented moment in the history of the world and is affecting almost every aspect of daily life. First and foremost, our thoughts are with all those affected.
We have taken considerable steps to safeguard the wellbeing of our customers & employees during these uncertain times and remain committed to doing what is necessary to minimise disruption.
Our business involves visiting your homes or premises to carry out our services and at the minute there is too much of a risk to our wonderful customers, as well as our Eazy Hire team, we therefore will not be hiring out any hot tubs until the end of May 2020.
You can continue to book hot tubs for your events from June 2020 onwards, if the coronavirus pandemic continues to cause national lockdown past the start of June you will entitled to change the date of your scheduled hire period, or receive a full refund.
Once things change we will update this page to give you the latest information, as our response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) develops. Thank you for your continued loyalty and understanding. Please take care of yourselves, families and friends.
UPDATE: We have now resumed our services but with limited capacity, some parts of our service such as gazebos and extras may not be available, if you have booked them and we cancel all, or part of your booking, you will be refunded in full. The health of our staff and customers are our top priority, which means we may have to cancel or amend your booking at short notice if a situation arises that we feel may put the health and safety of everyone involved at risk.
