COVID-19 UPDATE

With COVID-19 still having an unprecedented impact across the world, our thoughts are with all those affected.

We have taken considerable steps to safeguard the wellbeing of our customers & employees during these uncertain times and remain committed to doing what is necessary to minimise disruption.

Our business involves visiting your homes or premises to carry out our services and, at the minute, we are able to do so without risk. You can therefore continue to book hot tubs for your events however we will continue to monitor the situation and will adjust our services according to government restrictions.

UPDATE: Since resuming our services in June 2020, we are now operating at a limited capacity. This means that some parts of our service such as gazebos and extras may not be available. If you have booked them and we cancel all, or part of your booking, you will be given a full refund.

The health of our staff and customers are our top priority, which means we may have to cancel or amend your booking at short notice if a situation arises that we feel may put the health and safety of everyone involved at risk.
